- Prompt Engineering Expertise: Design, refine, and optimize AI prompts to enhance the performance of Generative AI Agents and plugins, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and relevance of responses.
- Develop & Innovate: Build and maintain Python-based Generative AI features and integrations, driving platform enhancements and automation.
- Focus on Security: Ensure all code follows best practices for security, data privacy, and performance, keeping user data and system integrity safe by design.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt-based solutions into existing systems and applications, streamlining workflows and improving user experience.
- Stay Current: Keep up with advancements in prompt engineering, Generative AI, and related fields like Robotic Process Automation (RPA), applying new techniques to refine and enhance the platform’s capabilities.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Lead by example in prompt engineering best practices, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers to encourage learning and development.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Python Developer, with hands-on expertise in prompt engineering and building Generative AI solutions.
- Generative AI Expertise: Proven experience with AI technologies like OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, and other advanced prompt-based frameworks.
- Security & Performance: Strong understanding of secure coding practices (e.g., XSS, SQL injection) and a track record of delivering high-performance, secure software.
- RPA Experience (Optional): Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to tackle complex AI challenges and improve model performance.
- U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen to obtain Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance.
