- Develop, test, and refine prompts for generative AI models to ensure high-quality and contextually relevant generated content. - Experiment with various prompt structures and strategies to optimize generative outcomes. - Analyze prompt performance and iteratively improve based on user feedback, model outputs, and key performance metrics. - Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to integrate prompts into generative AI pipelines. - Work with product teams to align prompt design with user needs and business objectives. - Partner with industry experts to incorporate domain-specific knowledge into prompt engineering. - Create testing frameworks and methodologies to evaluate prompt effectiveness in generative AI systems. - Conduct experiments, including A/B testing, to assess different prompt strategies. - Monitor and analyze prompt performance metrics, making adjustments to improve outcomes as needed. - Maintain detailed documentation of prompt engineering processes, including guidelines, methodologies, and case studies. - Contribute to the development of best practices for prompt engineering within Valiance Solutions. - Stay informed on the latest research and trends in NLP, generative AI, and related fields.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. - Proven experience in NLP, prompt engineering, or related fields, with a focus on generative AI or similar architectures. - Experience with large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and their real-world applications. - Familiarity with retrieval mechanisms, vector databases, and their integration with generative models. - Proficiency in Python and experience with NLP libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy). - Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their application to generative AI. - Knowledge of data retrieval and augmentation techniques, including vector-based search and knowledge retrieval systems. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Experience with generative AI applications in domains such as manufacturing, retail, or customer service.
