- Develop and deploy conversational AI solutions using programming and prompt-engineering techniques.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional internal stakeholders (Conversationa Designers, Product Development, Engineering, Sales and Implementation teams).
- Conduct testing and iterative refinement of prompts based on AI responses and user feedback.
- Analyze and optimize conversational performance using data-driven insights.
- Integrate conversational AI solutions with existing platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in AI systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Gather feedback from the regional teams and relay it to the Product Development team.
- Document solutions and best practices in implementing conversational AI solutions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the business, Infobip solutions, competitors, and the latest industry trends.
- Stay updated with the latest AI advancements and trends from the industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field.
- Presales, product development or implementation experience.
- Familiarity with conversational AI platforms, understanding of AI models, particularly in language and image generation.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering for crafting, testing, and optimizing prompts.
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in a consulting or client-facing role is a plus.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
