- Design, test, and optimize prompts to enhance the performance of large language models (LLMs) like GPT-4 and BERT.
- Tailor prompts for diverse applications such as customer support, content generation, virtual assistants, and other domain-specific use cases.
- Continuously evaluate prompt effectiveness through qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics, refining for edge cases and ambiguous queries.
- Develop and implement end-to-end automation workflows using tools like UiPath, LangGraph, and CrewAI.
- Identify and analyze repetitive and manual tasks to propose and execute intelligent automation opportunities.
- Integrate AI services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, OpenAI) into business systems to automate processes and enhance productivity.
- Deploy scalable AI solutions in cloud or hybrid environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to identify business needs and define use cases for AI-driven solutions.
- Design and implement AI models and workflows that align with strategic goals and deliver measurable value.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Data Science, or related field
- Proficiency in designing and optimizing prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, BERT)
- Proficiency in Python or NodeJS and familiarity with NLP libraries (Hugging Face, spaCy).
- 3+ years of experience in NLP, machine learning, or AI-related roles.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
