🇧🇷 AI Growth & Prompt Engineer Full time

Our customers often need help getting their workflows setup on GrowthX Labs. This can be a combination of prompt engineering, data source setup, Python and integration. We're looking for a talented AI Solutions Engineer to join our team and work hand-in-hand with our enterprise customers to get them stood up. In this role, you'll co-build GrowthX workflows and help customers adopt our platform across their teams. You'll be a key player in driving the success of our customers and the growth of GrowthX Labs.

- Collaborate with customers to understand their unique needs and goals - Build custom AI workflows - Gather feedback and insights from customers to inform product improvements - LLM prompt engineering to drive high quality, reliable outputs from models - Designing, crafting, and optimizing prompts that guide our AI systems to generate accurate, informative, and creative outputs - Train customers on how to use GrowthX and provide ongoing support - Contribute to the development of best practices and templates for AI workflows - Work cross-functionally with our product and engineering teams to shape the future of GrowthX

- 1+ year of experience of building workflows and/or automations that leverage LLMs - Understanding of AI concepts and LLM prompting techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences - Methodical, structured approach to problem solving - Familiarity working in Python and working with APIs (preferred)
