Job Description

Persado is looking for a Legal AI Specialist to join our team in the New York area. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Content, Legal and Executive teams to design our AI compliance solutions.

Responsibilities

- Regulatory Automation: Utilize and refine our AI tools to automate and enhance regulatory analysis, ensuring compliance with evolving legal standards across industries. - Risk Assessment & Solutions: Analyze regulatory findings to identify potential compliance risks and develop innovative solutions to address them. - AI & Prompt Engineering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, craft, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models, pushing the boundaries of AI-driven legal solutions. - Customer & Internal Stakeholder Support: Serve as a key advisor on product functionalities, providing clear, actionable insights to both customers and internal teams, ensuring legal and regulatory alignment.

Requirements

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a relevant legal, compliance or regulatory field - A strong interest in LLMs and automation - Able to take ownership of tasks and work as a team member - Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills - Able to hit tight deadlines with strict attention to detail - Can-do attitude โ€“ Able to plan and deliver demanding projects - Able to get complex projects completed independently and contribute to cross-departmental issues
