- AI Solution Architecture & Design: Architect scalable and enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions using AI and other industry-leading AI platforms. Design end-to-end system architectures that integrate bots with backend systems, databases, and third-party enterprise platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, ticketing tools). Define and implement best practices for AI model deployment, orchestration, and monitoring.
- AI & Bot Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of intelligent bots, ensuring they meet functional and performance requirements. Implement advanced NLP/NLU techniques for accurate intent detection, sentiment analysis, and contextual understanding. Utilize Generative AI models to develop sophisticated conversational workflows and natural language outputs.
- Prompt Engineering: Craft and optimize prompts for Generative AI models (e.g., GPT) to ensure accurate, consistent, and business-aligned outputs. Develop reusable prompt templates to accelerate AI solution delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into task-specific AI solutions.
- Enterprise Integration: Lead integration of conversational AI solutions with enterprise applications (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP). Leverage APIs, SDKs, and microservices to enable seamless data exchange between bots and backend systems. Design robust security architectures ensuring secure, compliant bot interactions.
- AI Model Training & Optimization: Analyze conversational data, user behavior, and system performance to identify improvement opportunities. Continuously train and optimize NLP and Generative AI models for improved accuracy, scalability, and response quality. Define monitoring KPIs to measure bot effectiveness and success metrics.
- Leadership & Innovation: Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, UX/UI designers, data engineers). Stay updated on emerging advancements in AI, NLP, Generative AI, and Kore.AI to introduce innovative, future-proof solutions. Advocate for AI adoption across the organization, aligning solutions with business goals and technical strategy.
- Proven experience in AI architecture and solution design with hands-on expertise in AI and other conversational AI platforms.
- Deep understanding of NLP/NLU techniques, such as tokenization, named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and conversational AI workflows.
- Extensive experience with Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, BioGPT) and Prompt Engineering
- Strong programming skills in Python, js, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience designing solutions with REST APIs, webhooks, and microservice-based architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) for AI model deployment and orchestration.
- Experience in data pipelines and model performance monitoring tools.
- Proficiency with AI and other AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with tools for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise monitoring (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive AI initiatives at an enterprise scale.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align technical designs with business goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience implementing conversational AI solutions in industries such as banking, healthcare, retail, or similar enterprise domains.
- Knowledge of Voice AI and multimodal conversational experiences (e.g., text, voice, visual).
- Familiarity with AI ethics, security best practices, and compliance frameworks in enterprise solutions.
