- Explore the art of the possible with Generative AI and Machine Learning
- Discuss complex industry-specific business concepts and translate into innovative solutions
- Understand how to select the most appropriate solution to resolve the problem and deliver the highest business value possible
- Have the technical competence to deliver pilot AI solutions for experimentation
- Teach teams how to design and refine prompts for GenAI
- Demonstrate a passion to tackle complex problems and help develop innovative solutions, attain a self-motivated pro-active attitude, inquisitiveness and eagerness to learn, demonstrate ownership with the drive to troubleshoot issues methodically and deliver under pressure

- 10 years of broad IT experience
- Minimum of 7 years of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience designing, developing, and implementing solutions in hosted production environments
- Minimum of 3 years of experience on projects using Agile Methodologies; experience with Scaled Agile preferred
- Demonstrated ability to deliver AI solutions; preferably in the CPG industry
- Cloud-based development experience: Microsoft Azure/AWS, Snowflake
- Established track record of credibility as a technology advisor
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to encourage collaboration
