🇬🇷 LLM Expert & Prompt Engineer Full time

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative LLM (Large Language Model) Expert with expertise in Python and prompt engineering to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement advanced AI solutions, develop cutting-edge applications powered by generative AI, and optimize interactions between users and models through effective prompt engineering. You will also work on agentic frameworks that enable dynamic, intelligent workflows in various industries, including fintech and enterprise systems.

- Design, fine-tune, and deploy large language models for various enterprise applications.
- Develop Python-based pipelines and frameworks to integrate LLMs into production systems.
- Create, test, and optimize prompts to achieve desired outcomes for various use cases.
- Research and implement agentic frameworks to enable autonomous and dynamic task execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and UI/UX developers, to deliver intuitive AI-powered applications.
- Research and integrate the latest advancements in generative AI and machine learning to enhance system capabilities.
- Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of AI systems in production environments.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Python and experience with building and deploying LLM-powered systems.
- Proven experience working with large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA) and prompt engineering techniques.
- Experience with agentic frameworks and architectures enabling dynamic and autonomous workflows.
- Solid understanding of NLP (Natural Language Processing) and its practical applications.
- Familiarity with deploying AI models in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the fintech industry or enterprise AI applications.
- Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Experience working with vector databases and semantic search.
- Familiarity with API integrations for AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face).
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and AI lifecycle management.
