- Prompt Engineering: Craft, evaluate, and optimize prompts used in AI solutions to improve system outcomes, ensure accurate results, and align outputs with business needs.
- Product Innovation: Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for AI and emerging technologies to enhance product offerings and improve customer outcomes.
- Value Realization: Assess and enhance the business value delivered by implemented solutions, ensuring they meet strategic objectives and drive measurable impact.
- Documentation and Communication: Create clear and comprehensive documentation for system designs, technical specifications, and prompt methodologies to support effective communication among stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related work experience.
- Experience: Minimum 7-8 years relevant, proven experience in solution architecture, software development, or related roles, with a focus on integrating AI technologies.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of system design principles, including scalability, maintainability, and security. Experience with AI technologies such as natural language processing, machine learning, and generative AI is highly desirable.
- Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and devise creative, compliant solutions.
