- Design, develop, test, and refine prompts to interact effectively with generative AI models, ensuring high-quality, relevant, and contextually accurate outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business groups to document requirements on gen AI use cases and translate them into effective AI prompts.
- Lead and manage prompt engineering delivery from design through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including machine learning engineers, product managers, and UX designers, to integrate prompt-driven AI features into RPA or other technologies.
- Conduct thorough testing and iteration of prompts based on user feedback and model performance data to continually improve output quality.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and prompt engineering practices to ensure our approaches remain cutting-edge.
- Address and mitigate biases in AI responses, promoting ethical AI usage that respects user privacy and fairness.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of prompt engineering processes, best practices, and use cases. Contribute to the development of a centralized prompt repository for reusability across the organization.
- Actively contribute to initiatives aimed at expanding prompt engineering capabilities and improving or optimizing prompt engineering service delivery.
