- Design and develop prompts that guide AI models to generate relevant outputs.
- Review and restructure the knowledge base to optimize AI retrieval and responses.
- Test and refine prompts iteratively, optimizing for clarity and precision.
- Collaborate with the operations developer to align prompts with technical constraints.
- Continuously improve outputs based on feedback.
- Document prompt structures to ensure reproducibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, technical writing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in AI chatbot development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with knowledge base management and the ability to structure content for easy retrieval by the AI system.
- Experience with reviewing and restructuring content for accuracy and efficiency.
- Familiarity with Coze or similar platforms.
- Attention to detail in reviewing technical content.
- Experience working in collaboration with technical teams to align content with technical constraints.
