- Enhance Knowledge Sources: Regularly manage and update the documentation and data sources that drive the AI assistant’s responses, ensuring they are accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
- Analyze and Improve: Identify patterns and trends in user queries and support tickets to detect areas where the system falls short and implement solutions to improve AI performance.
- Collaborate on Solutions: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and QA teams to test, deploy, and validate updates, ensuring the system meets user expectations.
- Monitor and Refine: Continuously monitor the AI assistant’s performance and fine-tune the RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) pipeline configuration to optimize the assistant’s responsiveness and accuracy.
- Troubleshooting and Quality Assurance: Conduct in-depth troubleshooting to address issues related to AI performance and user interactions, ensuring the assistant delivers a seamless experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in user behavior and system performance.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on troubleshooting and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, and Postman is highly preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies and natural language processing (NLP) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to system optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, product, and support teams.
- Passion for technology and an interest in shaping its application in the real estate industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with data management, system optimization, or AI-related tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in troubleshooting or supporting AI systems or software products is a plus.
