- Deeply engage with different areas of our product suite to understand user needs and identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to gather insights and translate them into innovative AI solutions.
- Create and deploy applications utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve domain-specific problems, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
- Design and optimize prompting techniques to enhance the performance and accuracy of AI models.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and fintech, applying best practices to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.
- Proven experience as a Python engineer with a strong background in AI and machine learning.
- In-depth knowledge of transformer architectures and their applications.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering and techniques for optimizing AI model performance.
- Hands-on experience in developing LLM-based applications, including RAG.
- Demonstrated ability to tackle domain-specific challenges using innovative AI solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup setting and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Experience in the fintech sector is an advantage.
