We’re seeking a Prompt Engineer with expertise in crafting and coding AI prompts, integrating backend systems for Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and collaborating across disciplines to enhance our platform's AI-driven features. This role requires a blend of technical prowess and creative thinking to deliver personalized and insightful experiences through bots like Hey Teach (a lifelong career guide) and AI-driven classrooms.

- Prompt Design & Implementation: Craft, test, and deploy high-quality prompts for AI systems to optimize learner engagement and knowledge retention. Ensure prompts align with gameplay mechanics, learning goals, and user progression.
- Integration with AI Systems: Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RAG frameworks, vector databases, LangChain, LangGraph, and MongoDB into AI-driven learning experiences.
- Content Personalization: Develop dynamic prompts tailored to the learner’s career quests, educational goals, and progress, leveraging game state insights and learning content analytics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with game developers, narrative designers, and data scientists to align AI prompts with immersive gameplay, career guidance, and educational objectives.
- Optimization & Maintenance: Continuously refine prompts based on learner feedback, game state metrics, and AI performance data to improve accuracy, engagement, and scalability.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Document best practices for prompt engineering and mentor team members in leveraging AI for personalized learning and gameplay experiences.

- Proven experience designing and coding prompts for LLMs, with a focus on RAG and AI-enhanced applications.
- Proficiency in backend frameworks such as LangChain and LanGraph, as well as database systems like MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of game state insights and educational content delivery within interactive systems.
- Familiarity with AI-driven learning platforms and gamification principles.
