In this role, you will develop and refine AI prompts to generate high-quality, brand-aligned content across diverse formats. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand content needs, optimize prompt performance using analytics, and stay at the forefront of advancements in AI and natural language processing. You’ll ensure brand consistency, experiment with innovative content solutions, and contribute to our content strategy while upholding ethical AI practices.

- Develop and refine AI prompts: Create, test, and iterate on prompts to generate high-quality content aligned with our brand voice, tone, and messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with content creators, brand managers, and communications specialists to understand their needs and translate them into effective prompts.
- Optimize prompt performance: Analyse prompt performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and refine prompts accordingly to enhance content quality and efficiency.
- Stay updated on AI advancements: Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI, natural language processing, and generative models to explore new opportunities for content creation.

- Proven experience in prompt engineering or a related field.
