- Develop and refine prompts, templates, and interaction models to enhance the performance and effectiveness of generative AI systems.
- Configure and experiment with generative AI tools to achieve targeted outputs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Partner with product managers, Salesforce developers, and customer experience teams to implement and continuously improve AI-driven solutions.
- Monitor AI performance metrics and user feedback to identify and act on opportunities for enhancement.
- Design training materials and conduct workshops to equip internal teams with the skills to effectively leverage generative AI technologies.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in generative AI, recommending new tools, techniques, and approaches to drive innovation.
- Ensure all AI solutions adhere to data privacy regulations, security protocols, and ethical standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field required. Relevant certifications in AI or Salesforce are a plus.
- 2 years of experience working with generative AI tools, natural language processing (NLP), or similar technologies. Experience with Salesforce is a plus
