🇺🇸 Generative AI Engineer Part time

We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer to join our lab and contribute to the development of Marvel AI, our cutting-edge AI teaching assistant. As part of our open-source development environment, you’ll help build innovative tools for both educators and students. This role is ideal for aspiring and junior AI engineers looking to begin their journey in generative AI development and make a tangible impact on the future of AI in education.

- Build Generative AI Solutions: Develop Marvel AI tools using technologies like LangChain, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and Multimodal AI.
- Contribute to Open-Source Projects: Collaborate on global initiatives, helping shape open-source AI tools and applications with real-world educational impact.
- Collaborate in a Supportive Team: Work closely with fellow lab members to exchange ideas, solve challenges, and deliver on impactful projects.

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Beginner-level knowledge of Generative AI Development (including LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents) is recommended but not required.
- Programming Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Python and experience with cloud computing (e.g., Google Cloud).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities; excellent communication and teamwork skills.
