- AI Image Generation & Design: Use AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Firefly) to generate high-quality, custom visuals for storybooks, curriculum illustrations, and promotional materials. Prompt engineer for optimal AI outputs based on creative direction and project requirements.
- Image Analysis & Editing: Refine and edit AI-generated images to ensure visual accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and alignment with Monarch Academy’s brand and values. Conduct quality control to optimize consistency and professional presentation across all designs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with writers, educators, and curriculum developers to bring educational content to life visually. Collaborate with the marketing team to design engaging visuals for social media, newsletters, and campaigns.
- Data Organization: Maintain a database of AI-generated assets for efficient retrieval and reuse. Log prompts, styles, and design workflows to build a visual AI library for future projects.
- Strong experience with AI visual tools (DALL·E, MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.).
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Exceptional prompt engineering skills to guide AI outputs effectively.
- Attention to detail to refine and align visuals to project needs.
- Prior experience in graphic design, visual storytelling, or digital art, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Experience integrating AI tools into creative workflows is preferred.
